Hi! I’m Erin!
I am a queer, Toronto based performance artist, choreographer, instructor and energy healer. My movement journey began as a young gymnast, where I fell in love with the choreography of my unique floor routines. A back injury shifted my focus to dance, and my true artistry was born. I have been dancing and choreographing for over 20 years studying ballet, jazz, contemporary, acro, tap, and Brazilian Samba to name a few! Dance, for me, is not just an art but a transformative practice that connects mind, body, and soul.
I am a certified Reiki Healer with a profound belief in the body's innate ability to heal itself. Over the past few years I have developed my own healing modality called Sovereign Flow. My mission is to bring people home to their bodies and find their most natural energy flow. I am almost always pursuing another certification or modality to better serve my clients, so keep an eye on my credentials as they keep growing with my practice!
When I’m not dancing or choreographing, I can almost always be found doing something of a creative nature. During the Covid-19 pandemic, I worked on an online streaming platform, creating original music, visual art, including props, costumes, and elaborate makeup designs, and putting on full length dance and variety shows. Most recently, I have begun dabbling in Burlesque performance art, which includes making and rhinestoning my own costumes and creating my own acts.

My specialty is building programs around my unique clients to support their growth and healing. I will often suggest a combination of modalities to approach your journey from an energetic, emotional and embodied lens to ensure a well-rounded and balanced result.
As a graduate of the Randolph College of Performing Arts, I have had a wide variety of performance and choreography experiences including musicals, plays, dance theatre, film & Television, and corporate and private events. Some of my most notable appearances include;

I am also an award winning choreographer for my competitive dance students for outstanding storytelling and expression, use of props, and entertainment value. I have taught at many studios across Toronto and the GTA including Bodylines Dance & Fitness, The Hive Dance Company, Railpath Dance Arts, Beaches Dance and Music and I am currently a full time team member at the Leslieville School of Dance & Music.
