PERFORMER

My Performance Bio

As a young gymnast, my passion was the choreography of my floor routines. My coach recognized my dance ability and ensured I was given a unique routine that would stand out as much as I did. I suffered a back injury in my early teens, which forced my retirement from gymnastics and I naturally gravitated to dance. I became recognized in my arts high school as a young talented dancer and was offered early admittance to our senior dance ensemble, usually reserved for grade 12 students.

In my senior year of high school I auditioned for our musical, and was granted a leading role. I completed an additional year of high school to take drama classes and do another musical and landed the role of Kate in Kiss Me Kate.  My director recognized a talent in me I had yet to explore. His support and encouragement changed the direction of my life. I went on to graduate from the musical theatre program at the Randolph College for Performing Arts, and honed my triple threat talents. I was nominated for the Governor General’s Academic Award and the Triple Threat Award for performance excellence, the only one of my peers to be nominated for both.

Since graduating, I have had the blessing to perform in many types of plays, musicals, events, tv episodes and dance shows. Most notably was the revival production of Numbers by Kokus Productions, a touching story of a Jewish family escaping the horrors of the holocaust.

- Rosanna Saracino

Director at art & lies productions
Erin is a smart and extremely talented young woman. Her presence on stage is incredible. She gives every performance 100%, and nothing less. She’s always there to help her classmates through her kind and compassionate nature.

She’s organized, punctual, and would be an asset to any company.

- Beth Wolfe

Office Administrator at Randolph Academy for the Performing Arts
Working with Erin was a pleasure. She played the title role in a production of “Sweet Charity” at Scarborough Music Theatre which I directed in 2010. She was always professional, and always prepared.

Erin is a creative actress, and generous to her fellow performers. She is a serious triple threat, and handled a part normally reserved for a much older, more seasoned performer with poise, professionalism, and grace.

I would not hesitate to recommend Erin for anything she may pursue.

- Michael Hiller

Director, “is He Dead?” at Amicus Productions
Erin is an energetic and creative leader who quickly gained a strong rapport with students and staff at this year’s summer musical theatre camp as our director and choreographer. She arrived with a strong vision for our production, but showed flexibility to make changes when necessary. Erin was a pleasure to work with, always making sure everyone felt a part of the team.

Erin’s work at the Stabback Music Studio has left a lasting positive impact on our students, and in the staff a desire to work together again.
